Pricing FAQ

When does the free beta end?

We haven't set an end date for the beta yet. When we do introduce paid tiers, all active beta users will receive ample notice — at least 60 days — before any changes take effect.

Will there be transaction fees?

No. Entryix does not process ticket payments — that's your business. We charge for the issuance and verification infrastructure only. No per-ticket fees, no revenue share.

What happens to my events when paid tiers launch?

All your existing events, tickets, and check-in data stay accessible. Beta users will be offered discounted rates and early access to choose their tier before any billing begins.

Is there a limit on events or tickets in beta?

No limits. Create as many events and issue as many tickets as you need. The beta is a genuine pilot — we want you to use it for real events.

Do I need a contract to sign up?

No contract, no commitment. During beta you can stop using Entryix at any time. When paid tiers launch, month-to-month options will be available.
